Missing Link



  • 60ml Ketel One Vodka
  • 15ml Malt Barley Infused Mancino Bianco Vermouth
  • 6ml  Kirsch Eau de Vie

Add all ingredients into a chilled mixing glass, add ice and stir.  Strain into a chilled wineglass or brandy glass.  For more information about the background of this drink, click here

Malt Barley Infused Vermouth

  • 65 grams Malt Barley (45% Biscuit Malt, 45% 60 Lovibond Malt, 10% Chocolate Malt)
  • 200ml Mancino Bianco Vermouth

Place the malt barley into a clean teabag.  Soak the barley in the vermouth for between 10-20minutes, until the flavour of the vermouth exudes a gentle wheat/malt taste.  Remove the barley, and strain the vermouth through a coffee filter for clarity.
