- 60ml Ketel One Vodka
- 15ml Malt Barley Infused Mancino Bianco Vermouth
- 6ml Kirsch Eau de Vie

Malt Barley Infused Vermouth
- 65 grams Malt Barley (45% Biscuit Malt, 45% 60 Lovibond Malt, 10% Chocolate Malt)
- 200ml Mancino Bianco Vermouth
Place the malt barley into a clean teabag. Soak the barley in the vermouth for between 10-20minutes, until the flavour of the vermouth exudes a gentle wheat/malt taste. Remove the barley, and strain the vermouth through a coffee filter for clarity.
