45ml Ginseng infused The Singleton of Glen Ord 12YO
20ml Amontillado Sherry
15ml Génépi Liqueur (May substitute yellow chartreuse or Strega)
5ml Heather Honey
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rock glass with ice and garnish with an orange slice and licorice root slices

200ml Singleton Whisky
5g thinly sliced fresh Ginseng root
Combine all ingredients in a container and keep covered at room temperature for 12 hours.
